Any terms negotiated on a tenancy will be subject to obtaining suitable references for the tenant. The type of references we will obtain for your approval may vary, according to whether the tenant is part of a company or self-employed.

For private individuals Self- Employed: -

• Bank
• Employers
• Previous landlords (where applicable)
• Character and guarantors (where applicable)
• I.D. (copy of driving license or passport)

For Companies:-

• Bank
• Solicitors
• Accountant references

For Students:-

• Parents/Guardian to act as Guarantor
• Acceptance letter from college/university for each course
• I.D. (copy of driving license or passport)
• Bank (Only UK account)

Ultimately, you will have the final say as to who occupies your property.
